Yes, very annoying bug. Read that it can be solved by setting display: inline, but apparently it has to be floated or something then. My paragraphs isn't floated sitewide and I can't remove the clear sitewide either so perhaps I'll just have to add a IE 7 specific rule...
It's quite annoying that Microsoft when they upgrade their browser and fixes many bugs succeeds in introducing just as many. But perhaps one should expect such form a company like that? Makes me never want to buy something from them ever again...

Agreed, pls pls pls change your browsers from some ignorant giant who thinks it's funny to make life a hell for us webdevelopers to something more humble like Safari, Firefox or Opera.
Right now I'm in the middle of finding out how to solve a bug which only occurs in IE 7, not in IE 6 or any other browser, and all the fixes either breaks IE 6 or some other part of IE 7 but all fixes work in Safari, Firefox and Opera. I'm just about to go crazy over that...
